The health benefits of exercise are almost countless. The increase in the rates of obesity and the related health issues that accompany it is due to the fact that those people are leading sedentary lives that do not include enough exercise.
People who exercise regularly are happier, healthier, smarter, more confident, sexier, and they live longer.
Regular exercise can help to protect your from certain forms of cancer, helps prevent or control type 2 diabetes, helps to increase bone density and ward off bone loss in women called osteoporosis, and controls weight.
The health benefits of exercise also help to reduce the risk of a person getting diseases such as heart disease, hypertension and other diseases.
For our purposes we are defining exercising regularly as at least 30 minutes of brisk, physical activity each day. This exercise can even be done in 10 or 15 minute increments.
