Once you have decided that you are going to begin a new exercise plan, your next challenge is to find a way to fit it into your busy schedule. With so many other things competing for our time and attention such as work, our families, a long commute, the television, it will be necessary to make sacrifices when it comes to fitting everything in to your day. Making exercise a priority in your life is necessary, or else you will always find something else to do instead. We know that working out is important to our health, so why is it that it takes so much determination to get ourselves to the gym?
A good thing to do is to take out your calendar and schedule time for your exercise routines, and develop the determination that nothing is going to stand in the way of those appointments. If you schedule your time as early in the day as possible, then its less likely to slip in the rush of things to do that fill your life. Schedule in your fitness routine, and keep your appointment with yourself and before long you will have developed a new habit.
