Pencil in Pilates Into Your Daily Routine

Some peoples lives are so full and their to do list is so long that if they lived to be 95, they still would not get it all done. Human beings have the tendency to do what they really want to do. We live to pursue pleasure or to avoid pain. In order to incorporate one more thing into our lives we have to take stock of what is important and schedule our days accordingly.

Here are a few quick ideas for incorporating exercise into your day when you just cant set aside a whole hour for a workout:

Lay out your workout clothes the night before and have your shoes beside your bed so that when you wake up you can put them on and get your exercise done before your day gets away from you

Park father away from work so that you will have to walk a few blocks

Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work. During breaks take a walk instead of sitting in a break room.

Get your family into the act and find activities that are fun that you can do together
