When you are exercising and working up a good sweat, the last thing you want on your mind is what you are wearing. You want you exercise outfits to be comfortable above all, but they must also be functional. You do not want anything that is tight or causes friction.

Outdoor walkers and runners will want to avoid wearing cotton tee-shirts because when you sweat they get wet and heavy and can cause chafing. Try form fitting technical tops that are made with fabric designed to wick moisture away from your skin. They also have great insulating qualities as well.

For shorts you want a garment that provides good coverage, but will also be comfortable to wear.
