Processed foods reside on the interior shelves of the store, and these should be used as little as possible.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are especially helpful, and should be a big part of your daily diet. They are filled with vitamins and minerals that help your body function properly and protect it from disease. They also provide your body with fiber, and that helps your food pass through your digestive system properly. So, instead of snacking on candy or chips, teach yourself to grab an apple or some carrot sticks.
