8. Stay positive. It’s going to be hard if you say that it’s going to be hard. Your body will hurt if you say it will hurt. Stop telling yourself negative things if you really want to make the best changes you can. Start telling yourself positive things, like “well, this isn’t so bad” or “I feel better when I exercise”. Focus on the positive aspects of what you’re doing and it will be easier to continue.
