Like the other clubs, the Carlsbad location features dedicated cardio training and a bicycle-oriented spin studio to help you increase your endurance and develop a healthier heart, lungs, and circulatory system.
The Pure Fitness Health Club in Bonita is located at 690 Otay Lakes Road, and is designed to offer many of the same amenities of the other clubs.
