When traveling it can be easy to eat some not-so-healthy foods, but if you bring healthy snacks with you, there will be no excuses for you not to eat as healthy as you can. If you can not bring a lot of snacks with you, find a local store and buy some to store in your room. If your room has a refrigerator, you have more options as far as healthy snacks.
If you are traveling by airplane, do not stay seated. Get up whenever you can and walk around. There isn’t a lot of of room on most airplanes, but taking time to stretch your legs and move around will make you feel a lot better when you land.
